Mouse Pointer Synchronization
Whenremotelyviewingatargetserverthatusesamouse,youwillsee
twomousepointers:onebelongingtoyourremoteclientworkstation
andtheotherbelongingtothetargetserver.Whenthemousepointerlies
withintheVirtualKVMClienttargetserverwindow,mousemovements
andclicksaredirectlytransmittedtotheconnectedta
rgetserver.While
inmotion,theclientmousepointerslightlyleadsthetargetmouse
pointerduetomouseaccelerationsettings.
OnfastLANconnections,youmaywanttodisabletheVirtualKVM
Clientmousepointerandviewonlythetargetserverʹspointer.Youcan
togglebetweenthesetwomodes(singlemouseanddualmouse).Refer
toMouseMenu(onpage96)forad
ditionalinformationaboutthe
availablemousemodes.
Mouse Synchronization Tips
Besuretofollowthesestepswhenobtainingmousesynchronization:
1. Verifythattheselectedvideoresolutionandrefreshrateisamong
thosesupportedbytheKXII‐101.TheVirtualKVMClient
ConnectionInfodialogdisplaystheactualvaluesthattheKXII‐101
isseeing.PleaserefertoSupportedVi
deoResolutionsformore
informationaboutthevideoresolutionsthataresupported.
2. Verifythatthecablelengthiswithinthespecifiedlimitsforthe
selectedvideoresolution.PleaserefertoTargetServerConnection
DistanceandVideoResolutionformoreinformation.
